Hi, I want to know that if I cancel the order(Cancel Order Force), then it will decrease my rating or not ??

yes that is decrease your rating .
if you contact bayer and cancel order
your rating not decrease

IT HAS GREAT EFFECT.IF YOU CANCAL ONE ORDER. THE BUYER REPORT YOUR FEEDBACK TO OTHER BUYER . AND YOU CAN NOT GET JOB
