I'm looking for more than just a contact us page. I want to enable other workers for my website company so I can't have just a contact us forum. I need a REAL helpdesk system. What are your recommendations? Should I use a SaaS helpdesk service?
If your looking for a free helpdesk software, you could try OSticket, or HESK.
If you can afford to buy the software, you could check out kayako.
All of the ones I mentioned are easy to set up and provide an excellent way for your customers to reach you with their questions and support issues. If your looking for a free helpdesk software, you could try OSticket, or HESK.
