I did buy the 500 likes from this guy "aliaqdus" which was suppose to be done within 28th of October which didn't. Then he sent me a mail saying he will do it in 2 more days in 29th October. After 2 days which is 31st October I haven't received my delivery yet. I cancelled my order today. My confusion is why i am being charged the $49.50 for???? Please enlighten me. Why would I pay for something which I haven't received it yet. Why am I being charged even though my transaction was not complete?

You shouldn't have to pay for anything that is not completed and the seller would receive an infraction for delivering uncompleted work (and possibly banned). Always reject any delivery that is not completed and the next logical step is to cancel the order from within the order tracking URL.

Let us know via support ticket (clicking help on the right, in black or "support" in the footer) as well so we can handle the seller appropriately.

damn that sucks but the proper thing to do at times like these is to create a support ticket.

So much appreciated for the suggestion. But what is a support ticket and how do I create it? Sorry for the silly question but this is my first time doing this and I really don't want to loose my money for nothing Why am I being charged even though my transaction was not complete?
