How to Remove My restriction?

Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ

When replying to my customers, Seoclerks prompts this error message:

This message was detected as spam. You could be using a URL or a Word which has been flagged as spam previously. If you were recently sending mass messages, your account may have been restricted.

How do I stop the error from occurring?

Hello fourtraffic,
As service urls are okay to send, I suppose you probably sent a bunch of messages almost simultaneously? to several people? Perhaps 6-7 people, and you've probably sent all of them the same message, by copy and paste the text? In that case, you've most likely been restricted due to this as this isn't allowed.

The support will tell you any necessary details you might need to know regarding this. Just make sure to follow the guidelines and rules so something like this won't happen in the future. Good luck!

Your account was given an infraction for spamming bulk promotional messages to others on site. The infraction has since expired. The PM restriction has now been removed.

Messages on our marketplace have it's own filters to stop the spam and un-allowed things according to TOS. You are not allowed to share email addresses, skype usernames or similar personal details and URL addresses, so try conversation with other members without using these. Specially @ sign trigger this filters and stop you sending messages..

Sending bulk promotional messages to others on site is considered spam, even if the ones you are sending it to had previously purchased from you. This type of activity is not 'advertising', it's spamming and will result in automatic restriction of your account by the system. Repeated spamming can not only result in infraction but permanent ban of an account.
