What do you do when a buyer rejects your order?

    This is the first time round for me. And after trying to find a reason why he rejected it I still cannot understand why or find any fault in my work. I am a very precise person and after 2 years here I never had any problems of this sort. What happens when someone rejects the work? What do you do? Is there a period of time I should wait or contact support immediately to look into it?

    Oh and by the way I am considering using your services soon. I just can't manage writing for all 3 of my websites every week. I might want a 1000+ word article written regularly for me.

    And this is a huge compliment from me. I have never let anyone write anything for me for my websites because I don't trust anyone to do a good enough job!

    Hi EliteWriter thanks for asking such related question with seller. I have been working over some years as outsource contractor and I have face this situation may times like rejection order. And I got it several reasons and most of the time I saw lame excuse. So, rejection of order really depend on many issue. For example, misleading service, non quality service, delay deliver, report error, deliver service without promise quantity so many reasons. I do not know why your buyer reject order and what is the reason? I just do simple things like I would like to know why buyer reject order? If buyer explain issue exactly, immediately I go to fix that issue. But, sometimes buyer expectation more than high rather than service explanation. This type of cases, I also tried to persuade buyer.

    So, always mutual understanding may best option to handle such situation.
