Even though this is just for fun, please do be honest and try to take this seriously..

Let's play this "game" together, shall we?

I'll say three things. And as soon as you read it, you'll reply with the FIRST thought or feeling you got. Okay? -Easy peasy!

Here we go:

Sales.
Freelancer.
Outside the box.

Now, reply with your very first thing that came into mind when you read these three. And it should obviously NOT be the same answer on all three things.

I had a few initial impressions and I wrote them below.

Sales. I rarely think in terms of 'sales' for freelancing anymore so all that came to mind was something like a store sale. :/
Freelancer. Freelancing. Hard work. Endless hours, working till 4 am.
Outside the box. Out of your mind. Literally, that's the first thing that popped into my head, a person wanting to be/think outside the box needs an out of mind experience, not a lot of ways to 'think outside the box' without getting a new brain

Store sale. Yeah why not.. I'm amazed you didn't thought of clothes..

I think of endless hours too when I hear the word "freelancer".

Outside the box.. Out of your mind. That's actually a cool way to see it. I know I'm out of my mind, and I try to think outside the box too.. So that fits perfectly

Sales - Yours sales or mine?

Freelancer - A big misnomer because nothing is free. Maybe should this should be renamed as _____ Lancer. Please offer your suggestions maybe we could coin a new term!

Outside the box - If you were in the box how long did it take before you knew that you needed to get out?

This is interesting

So,
Sales - how much sales I managed to make, and so how much money I earned.
Freelancer - my work, my life basically.
Outside the box - coming up with something original, an idea that is a bit crazy maybe, but that could work out quite well. Thinking outside the box is really important actually as creativity is what makes life interesting, and it could also help you a great deal to be more successful, even from a financial point of view.

The thing with this topic is to see, first of all, what we think at the instant when we read these words, but it's also to see how many of us that have the same thoughts.. Each individual are different. None are the same.. But thoughts and mindset CAN be identical. I find those things interesting.. So thanks for sharing!
