Hi friends,

I launch a new website and want to run a free SEO program. I'm not sure can I trust them and provide my WP access to them!? Websites like free-seo dot us provide such a service.
Any suggestions from you will be appreciated, Thanks.

Mike explained in great detail the various reasons why you should definitely avoid such a site. Believe me - nobody does anything for free! And when it comes to offering those details I would not feel okay with that, not to mention the fact that the site's lack of terms and conditions is really fishy. Please do not allow the word 'free' make you fall into traps. Besides, SEO is of great importance, and it should be left in the hands of a truly reliable and trustworthy company. Regardless of the price you pay always put peace of mind and professionalism first!

It really depends on the company.

I've offered free SEO services to clients who are on the fence when it comes to signing up. I'll offer them a free month of search engine optimization (on page and off page) and they can decide to sign up afterwards if they would like. This is basically a selling tactic for me since I know it's going to help because my team and myself are pretty great at what we do

I don't mean to toot my own horn, but *toot*toot* lol

If you're signing up for a "free trial" and have to use your paypal account, then it's not actually free is it? I've seen plenty of companies do this and then charge full price to their "clients" because they forgot to cancel the subscription. And trying to fight a digital product in paypal is almost impossible Can I Trust A Free SEO Company?

I do know that paypal is now increasing their work force to handle digital product disputes. I've lost plenty of money because people post ridiculous disputes and paypal is like "Well, they don't have an SEO campaign in their lap. REFUND!!!!"

Do your due diligence, don't just go with a company and let them "help" you out. You could actually be letting a kid get into your servers to optimize your pages and all he did to become a "guru" was read "SEO for Dummies" haha

Check their reviews online anywhere you can see them, not exactly yelp because that's for more of a physical business and a lot of SEO companies are built with freelancers. If someone had a shitty time with an SEO company, they'll post it where they can.

Hi Jane2 thanks for your good question but for me interesting too. Mike already well explained. I do not believe nothing will free without natural air. So, they may offer you few simple things for optimization like meta title or meta tag etc. I should not think they will research deeply for you. And in the next, they will offer you to get another service by premium. Do you believe anybody will do SEO complete free. Where much amount need to do proper SEO implementation? So, free means no responsibility there. I should suggest to you, do not run behind free service rather hire expert from SEOclerks for proper optimization of your site.

All I can say is that nothing is ever for free. If they are offering something for free you can bet you will end up paying in some way and that is more likely something dishonest they will be doing.

Please don't use that "free" SEO company, you will end up regretting it. You know so much of this you can do yourself anyway, so why risk, someone else with your website.

And there are some great sellers here that offer amazing services, yes they will cost a bit but you can find a good, trustworthy seller here and it will benefit you in the end to do things right.

Hi Lynne I should agree with you. And I also try to mentioned in my last post, nothing free in the world without natural air. And I think there has trick either nothing free. Who will give you free service where everything going on business concern? It is just common sense. Is not it? I think they just give some suggestion for few on-page or off-page report and give a horrible notice, as example: if you do not do it, your website never be up on search engine and you need to spend $100 for per keyword etc. Actually they will not do anything free. Just give you some eye wash statement for further SEO step by subscription.

I am not really that suspicious but there is no such thing as free lunch anymore. Would you trust a stranger online? It would be a big risk to give them access to your site much more if you need to give them your password. If you have the time to spare in doing the SEO work by yourself then I would suggest that to be your option. You can do the SEO work on your site slowly. There’s no need to rush things.
