What do you mean by "active"?
In my book, active would mean real. As in real human. As in people spending their precious time on Instagram. - Is that what you mean by active?
Or do you mean accounts that look real and active?
The reason I ask, is because if you can find any Instagram Followers that will actually interact with your content. I will buy it. No matter where they come from. I would buy real active followers for $1 each if they where niche targeted. Probably $10 each. No problem.
The reason I would buy it, is because about 1% of the providers can sell something like that.. And when they do. They charge GOOD money for it.
