Would you look at that, tomorrow is 01 September and for us in South Africa it marks the beginning of Spring. I am so happy that winter is over finally and soon we can start spending our days on the beach.

It also means that we are three quarters through this year and in about a month's time they will start advertising for Christmas!

So I started thinking about what my financial and business goals are for next year and this time around my goals are looking a lot more positive LOL.

Last year I was struggling with my online store, not able to keep up with everything and getting ready to close my wholesale store in time for Christmas holidays since I had to make everything up before the fabric suppliers closed for the year.

I was just thinking now that if I still had my online store I would now be in a mad panic with only one month left before I close my wholesale store for orders for the year.

I am so relieved that I changed direction at the beginning of this year so that the stress is so much less.

So have you had any thoughts about your financial and business goals for 2017?

Well, im totally unsure of what goals I have 2017, however I'm hoping that in 2017 I'll be a full fledged real estate agent in my area.

September - October
Continuing saving up for a new car, my max budget is $5,000. I'm also trying to make at least $100 a day, $2,800 a month.

October - December
Have the car that I'm saving up for, unsure what type of car, all I know is that I want a midsize SUV, perferably a Jeep, or something along those lines.

Start my real estate classes hopefully by November, which is gonna cost me A LOT of money, probably around $2,800 in total due to taxes, fees, and classes.

December - January
Get my real estate license, and start my real estate agent journey whilst also freelancing online.

These are my goals for this year, in 2017 I have no idea of what's to come, perferably something great! Lol.

That sounds great Everett, I really am holding thumbs for you! Perhaps one day when I start up a website for real estate in my area you can come on board to offer expert advice

Good luck for getting your car money together, that is a great goal to have.

I am sure that by January you will be well on your way with your real estate career.

Hi Lynne thanks for your nice question. I think this year's yet not over but I have so many business plan for 2016-17. And all are for online base business. I do not want to disclose here now. But, I have many plan. I am sure all will come on online within few months. And my goal is always same for next 5-6 years. Not month or years basis, which I shared previously here on other discussion. I want to be most successful freelancer in our country. And I am sure, if I can implement all of my plan proper way, I will exceed some extra mile for getting my finial goal.

Yes it is not always good to share all your ideas, people can so easily steal them from you.

First of all, the biggest goal would be to move into a bigger house. I have everything lined up for May 2017 and its just a question of getting to May 2017, lol. Everything else was already taken care off, let's just say I'm pretty lucky and got an inheritance.

I really need to up my savings and overall earnings in 2017, this means I'm planning a lot of freelancing, huge working hours and few hours of sleep. It's gonna be a hell of a year but I'm doing it because we want to start a family in 2018 and before doing that, I need to feel comfortable I have enough saving to combat pretty much anything that comes our way.

SEOclerks will hopefully become my main source of freelance earnings, I plan to expand here in 2017 with new services and maybe even develop my own team of freelancers. I will do similar stuff on other platforms but SC will be my main one.

Keeping up relationships with good clients is also a top priority, I have to give more than I actually get so that they're happy and pleased with my work and we'll continue on working together on other projects too.

So yeah, 2017 may be the most important year in terms of freelancing I ever had. Oh yeah, and I hope my day job goes well, if not I can always quit and be a full-time freelancer, right?

Oh wow, that is an amazing goal for 2018 Cristian. Starting a family is the most amazing thing you will ever do in your life. Of course life as you know it now will be OVER hahaa.

My goals every new year is to get better at what I do irrespective of the challenges that I encounter on the way. That's how I began 2017 and to be good is what I've seen in me. I don't set financial goals for myself since I earn inconsistently as a matter of fact.

We are almost at the end of 2017. My finance and business goals for the next year are not very ambitious. In 2018, I will like to see some of the following things happen
earn at least $2000 every month by working online
make my websites earn good revenue from advertising and affiliate marketing
launch a front store

My plan for this year is to put a little more time in my freelancing and be selective with the forums that I will join. In other words, I will be opting for quality time in terms of working so that I can earn more in the same duration. And since I will be increasing the time I will spend then my earnings should be markedly increased. And maybe I can start my blog and also earn from it some additional income. At least I have a positive attitude and that’s what matters to me the most.

It's September 10, Monday here in Manila and here its the start of the Christmas Season. Everyone's gearing for December and my goal is to earn $1000 per month in addition to what I'm earning and to splurge it on my kids this December.
