About Attching file, why only rar format?

Hello All,
Its been nice with seoclerks always since i started,
The only small problem i noticed which made problem for my buyers too, why we can not upload all type of file, any format? why it is not being free?why only limited to compact rar format? many of our customer do not used to it, and i see them complaining me that why they are unable to attach a file, it is really boring to download win rar and then make the files zip in rar, and sending it to me, Though i am use to it i have no problem but the user i deal they are not,
I think the people purchase or outsource work from us because they have very limited time to talk or fix these things, so it gives them extra bother, I would like to see it open for all type of file format,
What you think guys?

I don't know when it will work properly again, but I do know that they're working on it. - If you need to deliver files during this time when it isn't working properly, I suggest you do so by using dropbox or something similar. - That way you'll be able to deliver the files. However, you could just tell your client about the issue too, and tell them that you will deliver the files as soon as the issue is being resolved.
