Pls am confused I don't understand......if. I use my earning which I was surposed to withdraw and purchase a service which the seller failed to deliver as promised. And we mutually cancel the order; what will happen to my money in terms of withdraw.......I had such instance and the money is not counted as withdrable money......why??? Is it a mistake I made using my earning to pay for a service instead of other payments method???

The money will be refunded, however it will be available for future orders that you may place, and not for withdrawing. I do not agree with this to be honest as it is still your money. However it is a policy of many sites. Yes I also noticed that if I cancel an order and I get refunded then I cannot withdraw that amount. I've noticed it but I am not too worried about it myself because I am always buying something so I have always managed to easily sort that little problem out.
