I suppose this must have been some sort of "glitch". I've got some similar problems too on a few occasions, but they're usually solved within seconds or a few minutes. Do you still experience the same issues?
What you could and should do, if you still have these problems, is to contact SEOClerks support.
However, there's no reasons to contact them if the problems are solved. But in case you still experience these problems, let them know about it and they'll help you out.
