Not getting any ratings neither recommendations on completion of work

I am slight disappointed,

It’s been 3 months since I’m working on this site, and have understood that this market place is dominated by level 3 and above user, I understand they have worked extremely hard to get to the position in they’re in today. But me being a newbie here, a level 1 user what’s my fault in here? My gigs are being constantly removed, and on being complaining even though it’s helpful, I got my gigs back most of the time, but sometimes I don’t even understand what you guys talk about.

Till now I only got like 6 orders in 3 months of here, It takes a lot of hard work to create a unique gig each time, and keeping In mind, being in level 1 user, I’m not getting the privileges that a level 3 and above users get, for example the price factor, they get to lower their price below $5, that is a massive advantage!

They also capture the large share of the market, obviously, a buyers prospective is to buy the highest rated seller service in an affordable price.
But the jobs I’m getting and I’ve completed, buyers didn’t even give me any ratings, even after requesting them, they don’t even reply.
And I also feel that SEO fevers the top sellers the most

Can we take any action towards certain buyers, that didn’t rate or recommend on completion of their order?.

I believe Ratings or recommendations can really help to gain more attention.

I don't think there really is anything you can do other than maybe message the person who did not leave a recommendation or a rating and politely ask them if they could. Some people do just forget to leave both a rating and a recommendation and a friendly reminder usually helps.

I agree, getting good reviews, ratings and recommendations really does help in gaining more attention. I remember being new here and it took me a while to get to where I am now and I feel like the reviews and recommendations I was getting really help me to gain more exposure.

As you said, the Marketplace is dominated by Level 3 and up sellers who have been here for years and already have cultivated a reputation. And, it is hard to compete against that, especially if you are offering a similar service. After all, if a buyer knows the other seller well and has worked with them before, why would they switch providers to an unknown seller offering an identical service? And, that's one of the many challenges that a new seller faces.

When I started out on SEOClerks, the site had just opened and there were really not a lot of sellers on site. For that reason, competition was less for all categories and it was easier to make sales. Now that we have tens of thousands of sellers and hundreds of thousands of services, it's harder to earn a living in some of the more densely populated categories such as Youtube services. And, I noticed you are offering Youtube related services, so you might be feeling some of that struggle, trying to compete head-to-head with the more established Youtube services providers. You will need to offer a service that others aren't, or in some way customize your offering to be unique and original so your service stands out. I liked what you said on your service description "We’re incorporated with several groups in digital platform, consisting tons of member of different niche. " - that indicates you are not using a panel or bot to provide likes. And, that makes your service unique as many sellers are using a panel.

Anything you can do to distinguish your service from others, to make it different, will work in your favor. Another thing you will want to do is bump your services daily so they appear at the top of your chosen category. That will ensure your service is noticed easily by potential buyers, also when you bump a service, that service appears on the home page and likely seen by visitors hitting that page from search.

Almost every time I bumped a service, I made sales - sometimes not for that specific service but for another one on my profile. Though, if you are competing in a very popular category such as Youtube, you will likely need to do way more promotion off site for your services to be seen. Reach out into your own circle of business associates and friends off site and ask them to come here to view your services.

One of the things that I did early on, which helped me to establish a good buyer base was to post on the forum. My niche was always writing, so when other members saw the posts, they were seeing a sample of my writing quality. And, I got so many orders based on that one thing. Also, I was VERY active on another webmaster related forum with a nice little signature line linking back to my own SEOClerks profile. One of my biggest forum posting jobs for $300 came from that signature link. So, it pays to 'advertise'. Of course, I'm not in any way suggesting to spam. Just be active in other communities that allow a signature line and you'll see that paying off soon.

I realize that doesn't really answer your question on how to get your buyers to leave a rating but maybe it will be useful for you.

Not really. Some buyers will leave a rating and some won't. I don't remember how often my buyers would leave a rating. It's especially frustrating if you go way out of your way to do more than the job they are asking for and yet they still won't rate that service. As you say, these ratings are very important to our SEOClerks career and determine credibility with potential buyers.

One thing that a lot of sellers do is to offer some kind of incentive to the buyer for rating the order in a timely manner. For instance, for a seller that is offering Youtube likes, might say, "Please complete and rate the order as soon as possible and I will add another ten likes to any Youtube video you want." That idea may or may not work for you, depending on what you are offering. For instance, if you are selling article writing services, you can't very well give an entire article free to your buyer just for a rating. Wish I could be of more help to you on suggestions to get your buyers to leave a rating.

At this time, we are heavily moderating the Youtube and Soundcloud category to remove many services that are deemed low value. For instance, if a service has been up for three years and has zero ratings, then it's not likely to be purchased now. Another thing we are seeing is very low quality descriptions or services where the seller has made one tiny change in quantity from one service to the next but the description is basically the same on all. For instance, if I got to a seller's profile and find '100 Youtube likes $1.00'; 101 Youtube Likes $1.00'; '102 Youtube likes $1.00', then I'm going to delete all that as spam as it's just that and nothing more. The seller needs to take time to offer ONE really good service, not 20 services that are basically just clones of the others. Another thing we are doing is getting rid of a lot of the 'copy/paste' type services. You can always tell a copy/paste service if you see the phrase "Works procedure right away", as that phrase is in literally hundreds of service description. I'm not saying these things in any way to indicate that your services were being removed as spam. Just giving some insight into the moderation thought process and obviously, there's more to it than what I've said.

A new service is not necessarily low value, just untested and there is no way we can know ahead of time what your potential for that service will be. And, as I said, we are removing many new Youtube services, so it's not just yours. If you feel you are offering something truly unique, not just another '100 Youtube likes for $1' type of service, then tell that to the support staff. Make your case for your service. There is always a chance you will receive a reprieve and your service will be restored. If you have been successful at selling Youtube (or other) related service in the past, point that out to the support staff so they can feel confident allowing your service to stay published.
