The requirements for Level 2 are as follows:
Requirements
- Completed/Purchased/Affiliated 10 orders on time
- Have no infractions (follow the rules)
- Your email must be verified
- You must associate a phone number with your account (only users who joined after May 1st, 2016)
- Login often (once per 14 days)
- Account is at least 7 days old
- First completed sale/purchase/affiliate sale is at least 30 days old
- Have a 90% rating or higher
- Completed one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old
- 72 hour or less response time
You mentioned your First Withdrawal: 0 days ago, but you would need at least one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old to be promoted automatically to Level 2. Please check into that.
