My personal tips would be:
- music; close your eyes and listen to your favourite music / songs so you can relax and de-stress.
- try write about something ''fun''; it's less stressful and tiring if you write about things that you enjoy discussing,
- take frequent, short breaks; if you feel that you're getting more and more tired you should take short 3-5 minute breaks because not only it is harder to write when you are tired, you will also lose focus and make a lot more errors,
- take a stretch; it might seem silly but after sitting down for hours and writing it will feel amazing for your body to stretch out. It can give you a sudden rush of energy. Yes, you can get burnt out from writing too much at once very easily. Your brain can only do so much before it requires a break.
