How do I find a good and trustworthy affiliate marketing program that pays? I came across an affiliate marketing program a couple of years ago and this affiliate site was known as Free Cash-Pulling Affiliate Website. Although, the site looked somehow genuine when I first joined, I realized later that it was a scam. How I got to know this was that my payment was not sent to my paypal account, even despite the fact that I wrote them so many times. I spent so much time advertising and marketing, and so much money buying advertising credits. I was asked to create a free money making website and sign up for a free hosting account, requesting my card details. Shortly, after submitting an application, I received an SMS alert from the bank, notifying me that my account was debited with a sum of $94.54 for domain registration and hosting.I got so disappointed because the alert I received from the bank was totally different from what I was initially told. Recently, I discovered that the site is no longer active online. Now, I still believe I can make money from affiliate programs. Can somebody recommend a good affiliate program to me?

All these get rich fast sort of affiliate programs are usually a bunch of scams - when trying to pick the right affiliate program I think it's important to do your research before investing anything into it. Do the background checks on Google or any other search engine and see what sort of reviews and reputation the site has.

Here are my recommendations: Amazon Affiliate Program, Tradedoubler, Awin, CJ - check them out, they're all legit and hopefully you find one that fits your needs.

I just started to work on affiliate marketing. I think it's good for us to promote the products that we think are good, or would like to share with others, then we can easily share our experience. Currently, I am working on Ultimate Bundles, as there are many good deals with their products. I am not sure about others, as I am still a newbie.

I had a great experience with Seoclerck affiliate program. It works well for publishers. As shown above, If you get done with this strategy then you will be successful as an affiliate. I think if a person is offering 40% to affiliates then it is enough.

You just found the best one and it is Amazon affiliate, In my experience amazon is the most legit and highest paying affiliate on the internet. I have been an amazon associate since 2014 and I have earned an appreciable amount of money from them. Affiliating with amazon is also very easy and since you can find products of all categories you can choose the type of product to promote based on your site's niche.

Research, research and more research. What I do is this; I do not join any affiliate program that is new or one with no reference point. In other words, is it just a company I lifted off a Google search and immediately signed up for? Or was it recommended to me by someone who has tried their service?

Don't ignore the warning signs or red flags when they start to show up. Any reputable company will get back to you within 24-48 hours when you contact their support. Any longer than this, you have to watch it.

You should stick to well known companies with proven track records of paying out. But even so, always be on the lookout for red flags, as joegirl mentioned. With the speed with which technology evolves, fortunes are made and lost on the Internet at a dizzying pace. A stable company today, might all of a sudden be worth nothing at the drop of a hat.

I think there are some reputable forum that they have a list of legit, new or scam sites you can take a look for. Then you can mark down the sites mentioned and group 5 to 10 forum results and get the conclusion.

And may I know the 10 topics affiliate sites, do they need tax forms for paying out? And do the affiliate programs must need your self hosting domain or just need a free blog and can just use Facebook and Twitter to promote their affiliate links ?

Well i have been using Click bank and a great place to find legitimate affiliate programs is the ClickBank Marketplace (Marketplace - ClickBank).ClickBank gives you a unique affiliate link (containing you affiliate ID), which
you then use when you promote a particular product. When someone clicks
on your affiliate link you get a commission, which ranges from 1% to 75%
of the sale price. The average commission seems to be about 50%.ClickBank will pay you as soon as you have reached your payment threshold. The
threshold is set at $100 by default but you can set your own threshold
anywhere between $10 and $1000. Payment is made either by cheque (check)
or direct transfer (if available in the country where you live).

I agree with the comments, do your research and look for reviews online.It's a good idea to use networks that are being used by majority of people and that have payment proofs. Most networks promise to pay you if you have genuine traffic. You need to be careful and read all the terms and conditions. You may break a condition and if you're not paid claim the network is a scam, as most people do.Also, note that all networks have their limitations. Look at a number of networks and chose the best one for you.

You need to be prepared to do a ton of reaching out asking affiliates to work
with you. And you need to make sure your website is going to convert
their traffic well enough to make them some good money, i.e.
commissions. If you ask them to be your affiliate then they don’t earn
anything they won’t be your affiliate much longer, so put some effort
into boosting your website’s conversion rate before you prospect
affiliates. If you aren’t ready to contact 1000s of websites and
bloggers in the right way, you won’t have affiliates, so make sure to
put in the work and make sure your website converts really well off of
general traffic.

I am also looking at Amazon Affiliate program because I am wary of fake programs that will only get traffic from your engagement but later on you will get nothing from the site. Scams are so many around us that joining an affiliate program is big deal because we invest time and effort so we must get assurance that the affiliate program is genuine. A big site like Amazon can be trusted with that issue.
