The main idea is to make them see that you care about every customer and often they will be open to some sort of a deal - for example, an apology or compensation and they will remove the bad review or rate you better. I think the best way to deal with a bad review is to try and contact the customer personally. That way they will feel like you truly care. Then ask them what was the problem, why are they not happy with the services/product, what you can do to make them happier, ... The main idea is to make them see that you care about every customer and often they will be open to some sort of a deal - for example, an apology or compensation and they will remove the bad review or rate you better.
