It' Monday! That means it's time for another Motivation Monday post! Have you ever given up on something and instantly regretted it? Well, that happens to a lot of people and it's perfectly normal but you can't give up and be successful. Giving up means you stop what you're doing because you can't solve a problem, the work is too hard or you simply aren't motivated enough to get the job done. All of those reasons are actually excuses as to why you aren't successful, so what you'll need to do is push yourself to be successful and that means you can't give up what you're doing.
Sure, there are a ton of things that are difficult for us to do, but that doesn't mean you should give up on it. Giving up won't make you money, it won't make you rich, you won't get famous from it, you won't make friends by doing it and it's something you should avoid altogether.You should give up on giving up!
We all want to give up at some point, but shouldn't
Giving up means we're throwing in the towel and accepting defeat. You shouldn't be doing this because it will mean you're a failure. Sure, you could destroy a website or system that you're working on but that doesn't mean you're a failure. It simply means you messed something up and now you know what not to do the next time lol.
You won't regret getting knocked down, you will regret giving up
I don't remember where I heard this quote, but it's pretty amazing. Regrets are what haunt our dreams as grownups because we can't go back in time and change our answers or actions. I try to live without regret and take opportunities that could go big if done right, usually they don't pan out, but some of the ones I did pass up on happened to go big and I regret not jumping all in. Don't live with regrets, and to do that you need to push yourself, take chances, and never give up!
It doesn't matter how many times you get knocked down. What matters is how many times you can get back up and keep going.
I think this quote is actually from one of the newer Rocky movies lol. It doesn't really matter that the quote is from a movie because it means a lot. Words can shape mountains and move countries, so if you can get back up after every defeat, you can be a powerful person in the website world. Start moving those digital mountains by never giving up
Know how to motivate yourself
This is a big thing because you won't always have someone there to help you. You need to know what motivates you and will help push you when you feel defeated. I sometimes want to give up but I then think of my family and how I need to support them. They keep me driven and pushing towards success because I won't just be letting myself down if I fail, I'll be letting down my family as well. They rely on me and that means I need to push myself, even when I'm on the verge of giving up.
If I'm on the verge of giving up, I will go through my normal steps to motivate me a little more. I listen to uplifting music, watch some motivational videos, and read some success stories online in order to boost me up.You can do this too, it's not difficult to motivate yourself in order to keep going day to day. Watch some videos on YouTube in order to boost your confidence or listen to some music. It's possible to push yourself, and I know you can be successful if you never give up.
One step at a time, you can't jump up a mountain
Everyone gets overwhelmed when they start running their own websites and business. I myself get overwhelmed from time to time because I overextend myself when launching multiple websites at the same time. Currently, I'm pushing multiple websites and constantly feel overwhelmed, but I know that my work will show in time
You need to know that you won't make millions overnight, you won't know when success is coming, it could be right around the corner from you and if you give up you'll never know what it's like to make more money than you need in order to just live day to day. You can make loads of money online as long as you push yourself.
Do you think Facebook became the top social network right away? NOPE! It took a very long time before it was on everyone's radar, and that's because the founders never stopped pushing it. They got it successful enough to get on investors radars, and then they exploded. They never gave up, and now they have thousands of employees doing the work that they were doing in the beginning.
Your success will always outweigh your losses if you stay diligent
If you give up, you will never know what success is. You need to stay diligent, even if you're failing time after time, in order to be successful. Success will always outweigh failures because of how sweet it feels when those sales start to roll in or those subscribers begin to sign up for your newsletter.
Staying diligent means you need to always push yourself and stay on task in order to get your work done. You can be successful, no one can stop you from doing this, you just need to keep going!
In Conclusion
I believe you can be successful, you just need to push yourself and never give up. If you have a past of giving up on your goals, you need to switch gears and get devoted to something. It's not a difficult thing to do, just set up some small goals to achieve and a few bigger ones. You will be successful if you never give up, it just takes time for some people and when you do become successful, I want to you to come back here and post your success story. And don't just post what you did to become successful, post your entire story that includes your many failures too!
