Assuming a requested for someone who can give my blog 1M views and I paid the money requested via seoclerk, what will happen if such person didn't do my work?
If the job is never finished then the seller never gets paid. Your payment/money sits in the Ionicware account and will not be released until you say the work has been completed.
You can contact the seller to see what's going on, why it's taking so long, and if they're able to complete the work. If they respond and say it will be a little longer, then wait a week or two to see what happens, and if nothing comes of it then contact the seller again and let them know you will be filing for a mutual cancellation if the work is not finished.
If the seller never responds then I would recommend opening a mutual cancellation and letting that go through. I don't remember exactly if the cancellation will go through after 5 days of the seller not responding or if it will sit there until he/she does make a comment or accept the cancellation. If you don't hear back from the seller at all then I would suggest opening a support ticket with the SEOclerks support team and see if they can get to the bottom of it for you. If the seller isn't responding then the support team will likely refund your money and the order will be canceled.
If your money does get refunded, it will sit in your account and you can't withdraw it for legal reasons. You will need to spend the money on other services, not the same one that was just canceled, and get work done from more reputable sellers here :)
