As said before, there is not limit for userlevel 2 and 3, though only 10 services for userlevel 1
The limit was five services for userlevel one before but that changed with the new theme.
Just a little side note, regarding extras (which is unrelated to total number of services). Some users previously reported they received an error message regarding the guarantee invoke option when attempting to edit a service.
The solution is to remove all but 20 of your extras.
