    Why is my order not complete?
    I ordered 50 referrals 2 days ago, but I 
    received only 10 out of 50 referrals.

    I just want to know if I can trust this seller?
    Should I request a refund or should my order be completed?
    I am confused.
    Please help. Anyone?

    if a service is delivered the job should be completed.
    if not, reject the delivery or contact support.

    You talk to the seller and ask if you give an extended time he can complete it or not. If he agree give him an extension otherwise you can reject the delivery.
