Following the recent changes regarding payments I know that like me many users feel somewhat frustrated and upset. Nobody likes change and it is normal to feel this way. I personally was angered by all this but after reading some discussions here and seeking help from support I can understand the situation a bit better. I am still trying to get used to it all, and to be honest I am the kind of person who truly hates such changes. But with change there should also be acceptance and understanding. I have been using this platform since 2014 and have always been truly happy and satisfied. I never had issues and I pride myself with several great reviews and a full rating. I even stopped working on other platforms so as to devote my limited time completely to the great buyers i found here. I really hope things will be better in the future, even though I am upset by the removal of the free bumps and the fewer orders that have been coming my way, probably as a result of the lack of bumps.

Following the sharing of my thoughts I would like to ask fellow members here to share their views too as it is nice to discuss what we are all facing. And I woudl like to use this post to make a suggestion - could there be more information regarding the fact that it is better for everyone concerned if a buyer uses an instant payment option rather than pay from the balance. Could you send an email that explains all this so that all Seoclerks members can understand what is really going on and be properly informed? Thank you in advance.

With any change in life you either adapt or die. That's just the way it is...

I was initially annoyed that I couldn't withdraw my earnings, but now with 90% of my sales coming directly to my Paypal it's only 10% of buyers who pay with balance. So, I simply use that 10% to pay my 10% fee to SC and I don't bother withdrawing at all. Problem solved. It all works out at the end.

I do feel bad for some sellers though who have limited options. We have a saying "never put all your eggs in one basket". Lesson learned, right?

Yes I agree with you. But many of say as like that they lost everything right now! Sale bit down, we now know it. This affect due to after massive change. Jordan work hard and hope he will manage everything as like before. Just time matter

I’m currently very frustrated because for some reason I can no longer add funds to my account. The option just vanished. I don’t know what to do now, as most sellers only accept credit card or bitcoin as a payment method, both of which I do now have. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Sorry! Add fund will not active anymore! I tried hard to make it add again but Jordan said not possible right now. You can pay several ways to seller such as paypal, stripe, skrill, myuser by card, coinpayments, coingrate, authorize.net, airtm. who already active among any one or all at least. Thanks

Unfortunately most sellers don’t offer payment through paypal and that’s pretty much the only way for me to pay. I really liked seoclerk but now I have to pay 55 cents of fee with everything purchase I make. Not cool at all New payments option and related recent issues

It may your expected seller yet not active paypal as a receiving payment. But many of seller you will get and many of similar service you will reach who has paypal or other option too. All other marketplace getting 50% for first purchase like if you like to buy $5 service, you need to pay $7.5 than $0.55 will add as extra quantities. So compare with them SEOclerks still better and cheap charging.

Hi EliteWritter I already discuss about this issue in several time on post and comments. You are not a single guy who only frustrated or anxious about recent indecent or change but also all of us including admin panel was doubt and deep concern about this matter. Because, this unwanted and unexpected changed never prior settle. As a seller point we may exchange $10K per month as a example but from admin end, it should be million dollar. And Paypal stuck their fund for 6 months! Do you amazed it right now! How you feel about admin?

But now they change payment gateway, handle our business on our own hand. Now buyer and seller have to deal each other by own risk. Looks it is difficult to settle in quick time. But no way right now from admin end. Sale need to be exchange, buyer has to be buy service. They now concentrate on it. By such change seller get paid of 100% but what is benefit for marketplace owner? or, how they promote seoclerks for your benefit? Did you think about their maintenance issue?

Now they impose 10% sale commission for overall sale. we all are know now after $200 sale, they will charge $20. We must to talk about timing of charge. They now charge it within 1-2 hours of fulfill your sale as $200. Many people asking question for such change. Before complete order how they charge it from seller and not refundable also? we should talk with admin about this issue. Hope Jordan will consider about it.

Simple answer for 30% commission: If you use your own payment gateway, you will get 90% amount after 10% deduct as service charge. So 30% not imposed for all.

free bump: If you save 10% more better than before like it was 20% commission before this change and now it is become 10% commission only and you are saving 10% more money than before. So why you are not using purchase paid bump. And did you see any other marketplace for this type of opportunity? Never and non! I have 12+ years experience on internet marketplace.

Payment gateway: Seoclerks get buyer opportunity to purchased service by paypal, stripe, skrill, myuser by card, coinpayments, coingrate, authorize.net, airtm. I already count 8 payment gateway buyer can use for purchase service. Give me one example from over the world which marketplace get such opportunity to buyer for purchase service?

Withdrawal option now less importance according to payment gateway method. Because, user now fund receive for his own hand. Despite of they still provide payoneer and hyperwallet for receiving fund. withdrawal delay because of stuck fund on paypal. It will be okay very soon.

Finally! would like to say, we have to give them support to keep overcome from such horrible moment. Jordan is very capable to make this marketplace stand back again and convenient. Jordan already recover 80-90%. Discuss with him via support and suggest him and give your opinion, if you know better option.

I did not understand everything you said to be honest due to the english clarity. You seem to back them up but I am talking for the sellers like me who are facing lower sales, and the importance that everyone is on the same page as many are not understanding what is going on, what happened, what changed. No email with proper explanations was sent. I had to contact support a number fo times to understand what is going on.

However one thing is for sure - if sales go down for the seller, seoclerks admin are going to suffer too. So if things are going downhill for us sellers, everybody is going to suffer. I understand that there were problems regarding paypal and it is a good thing that they were sorted out and that different payment options were offered. However too many things have changed not just that. And it is hitting hard.

All those other options are pretty much dead in the water for most buyers, as few are going to sign up for several different processor gateways as an alternative to Paypal.

Without a Paypal option, a seller is virtually crippled.

Their share of the market is tiny. Paypal is the elephant, and almost everyone has heard of them. I bet the majority of people don't even know skrill, coinpayments etc even exist.

No use to those that don't have Paypal available in their country of residence. And while having the option to use PP for those that have it is fine, it comes with risks i.e. if you, as an individual, attract PP's attention because of a sudden influx of payments from many sources and/or have a number of disputes opened against you, you run the risk of having your account frozen.

Well said, pointing out the nightmare of mass sellers like us. I also stopped working on other platforms for the uniqueness & supportive environment. With free boost & 20% charge, we're all used to it, with great sales. But now all are stuck with almost no knock of new clients. Though SCHD are trying their best but it's becoming hard for us day by day. Dunno what's next......
