Outside Contact is now Allowed

Hey everyone,

I just received one more thrilling update for you:

Outside Contact is now allowed. You can contact your buyer or seller via any method you choose. We are removing any blocks that would prevent outside Contact.
In addition, we have added a "contact" or "support" section to the settings area under Communication tab. This is an area where sellers can enter their support and contact details such as support email, website URL, Discord/Skype/ICQ/WhatsApp/Phone, etc.

SEOClerks brought the best freedom for their users. Keep supporting us.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, please let us know.

Hi Suvo. Are your now part of management or just passing us info? I am sad that Jordan didn't approch us officialy since this big changes started. So i would like to know who is official now. We seen some announcements from you and ajlancer, but what is official or not??

Regarding this news about contacts, i hope we will be able to set multiple ways to contact us.

Hi, Thanks for your comments. Yes, I am working as a liaison between Jordan and members to post updates on the community discussion. You can count my updates are official as I only update when Jordan Updates me.

Jordan is having a super busy time fixing seoclerks issues, So he cannot approach the community right now. We are still in transition time. I believe once everything will settle down, he will make official announcements. As you know, It's a pretty time-consuming task to make updates and answer questions.

Regarding Multiple Contact, ways I took note and will update him about this.

Hi I just convey all information from Jordan, which already applied or going to apply. As a CD staff always try to support all user. I am still talking with Jordan for several matter from seller and buyer parts, which more better for this community.
I hope everything going to be settled very soon. Still we are working a lot.
Private contact is allowed. but nothing more than seoclerks. Because SEOclerks safest and easiest way for selling and buying service each other. If you going to outside for doing business any fraudulent may happen and seoclerks will not be liable any ways.

That's good news for sure, SC is trying hard to bring the best. & we're all with SC.

Along with this, in my opinion, what made SC as SC, those features could be remain also. Like free boost, 20% for fund payment etc...

We know we're passing a hard time but hope it will be ended soon, because our business will affect SC finally...there's no new knock after removing free boost & fund payment....

So, instead of thinking about adaptation, how those outstanding features can be back, that should be discussed, we think...

As you are the bridge here, I hope you could share this mass seller's feeling to upper level.

I understand your situation. Unfortunately, Free Boost and 20% Deduction has been permanently removed.

Seoclerks Business model No longer support that strategy, I suggest you buy 200 Bumps or 20 Bumps to Boost your services.
That will give you good results I believe.

No Marketplace remains the same always, For a Sustainable Future, everyone has to changes. All other marketplaces continuously changing their policy. SEOClerks doing that now and have a reason for that. Otherwise, we could still get previous benefits from the old system. Hope you understand.

It's very unfortunate that the removal is permanent. SC flourished with prompt support, free boost & 20% system. No other platform offers this unique facility to the seller, that's why like other sellers, I also promoted it several ways.

But now It's been 2 month since last update I had no new clients even no new inbox. Then how we get the same inspiration as before for promoting to new sellers & buyers! By removing these awesome features, will cause greater sales down.

Please consider the consequence, SC remained for 10 years along with competitors with same features, then why not now? I've also seen mass seller's frustration in local fb community for not having sales minimum. It'll lead to find an alternate way, I suspect. Sometimes, changes cause fatal error in business as we're seeing now. Hope SC'll be back soon as before

Hi, I can feel the pain you are dealing with. All these big changes were brought by PayPal. They limited Ionicware Accounts so that Market Place can not allow users to accept Payments with it. and As that account is limited so it also stuck funds was there. SO To run SEOClerks had to use other sources to make money to run the marketplace.

When your Basic things like PayPal won't be available for you then it's obvious alternate options will be costly.

Bumps and Prem Featured slots are the vital income source for the market at the moment. So We have to be patient and wait for them to bring the best possible benefits for us.

Do seoclerks talk to Paypal. Can't open a new Paypal Business Account? Through which you can receive payment from the user like before from Marketplace. If everything is independent, where is their business. What is their profit ?

I hope you know, What’s happened when PayPal limits an account. Opening a new PayPal is not a good idea. And we are no-one to ask about the profit or Business. seoclerks has all rights reserved to do any changes in their policy and by signing up in the site you were agreed on these terms.
Beside this, they did all changes for a reason so better expect the best from it.

Buyers are losing trust from Seoclerks for giving more benefits to sellers in this type of change. Besides, we don't have Bangladesh PayPal Service. We now work with 30% commission to the marketplace.If they come up with a new update, such as add a Cerdit card access, they will deduct 10% of the charge.Then it is not possible for our Seoclerks to work.I think the way they are showing independent thinking. They will take Cerdit Card Access for their Business Profit at any moment. Then our Bangladeshi Sellers will suffer a lot .Because then those who don't have PayPal will have to pay 40% commission to work in Seoclerks Marketplace.So we are a little excited about and Seoclerks Update.

Hi,

I think it's just your assumption that the buyer is losing trust. Besides this, in my last 1.5 Months sales, 90% are from my old buyer. They are here also some of them are happy with getting options to pay direct.

There is no Business model in the world which benefits or suits everyone. Every model has pros and cons; besides this, if the marketplace wants to make a profit, it's evident that there's nothing wrong with it.

Our country does not have PayPal, So we are suffering, but it is not the SEOClerks problem or PayPal problem. It's our limitation, so we have to suffer it.

You are correct that the marketplace will make 40% from each sale you use their payment method. However, for your understanding, there are not all profits.

Seoclerks doesn't own any payment method. They use them like we use Paypal etc. SO they also have to pay the transactions fees and everything. From 10% selling fee, Affiliates are earning 5%, and just imagine airtm charge 20% on each order. Same way seoclerks has to pay credits cards commission on each transaction.

However, According to ionicware current business policy, selling fee/commission is not their primary source of income. The vital income sources are Permanent feature slots and Paid Boost, etc
