I don't understand this one on user level completed one payment withdrawal that is 20 days old
It means, First you have to make a withdrawal and then you have to wait 20 days. Once you passed that 20 days after your first withdraw then you completed that requirement.
All it's given to become experiences by the time. The more you wait the more experience you get. SO to get Level 1 to 2 You have to complete these requirements.
