Ban Bad Seller - Open Letter for BasitSEO

Since seoclerk not collect fund as middleman, I hope seoclerk will be consider to banned sellers who scam buyer to make SEOclerks is safe and high quality marketplace. I already joined SEOclerks since 2012. mostly as buyer not seller. This is my first time bad experience since joined about 10 years ago. I order service from seller : https://www.seoclerk.com/user/BasitSEO . 1 services with $50 as cost for services.
Seller not deliverd my order. I try contact every day, since seller late to deliver my order. Seller never give me response or reply. I check seller always online everyday but never give me reply. So, I decided to cancel and make dispute in paypal because I know this is direct payment to seller. after I open case in paypal, Seller give me reply but refuse to refund, Seller also reply me with some slangs bad langguage to me.
I also contact Seoclerks support and suggest me do same things about this situation. ask seller to refund and open case in paypal. Now I wait paypal to reviews and give back fund to me. I wrote this because I love SEOClerks and I hope SEOclerk will banned seller like this. Sellers with bad attitude. I am sorry if my english not good enough. But I hope You got my point. Thanks


UPDATES!!! Paypal issues a refund, I get my money. need almost 2 week to resolve cause seller refuse to refund..Thanks admin for any help and attention
