Dear Community,
I have some awesome updates today. Please read the full post to get all the information.

PayOp is now live for buyers to purchase with.
Seller contact options are now available. These can be added in Settings > Communication (scroll to the bottom):

If the info is present, it will display in the sidebar for buyers on the order page:

3. User Level requirements have been updated:
This was brought about by the fact that new sellers accepting direct payments could never level up due to the withdrawal requirement, which has now been removed.

Here is a breakdown of the user-level changes:

Level 2:
1. Should have sales/purchase of $500
2. Minimum $100 worth of services from us to promote
3. Removed withdrawal requirement*

Level 3:
1. Rating must be 95% or better instead of 90%.
2. 24 hour or less response time
3. Sellers should be logging in and updating orders at least once a day, not once every 3 days.
4. Users must have sold/affiliated/purchased $2000 or more.
5. Must have purchased $300 worth of services from Ionicware
6. Fully verified - identity/address/phone

4. The service fee page now provides additional information which clarifies the percentages column.

5. Minor CSS Bug has been fixed

I've been a level 3 for YEARS, with over 10k sales, 99% rating, 12 hour response....everything perfectly as it should be, but NOW I'm demoted to Level 2 because of this ONE change: "Purchase $300 worth of upgrades/services from SEOClerks"

So, none of my previous hard work matters anymore???? It's all about how much I buy from ionicware now???

I tried supporting the changes, but this one will affect a LOT of good sellers for the WRONG reason.

You really are working hard to kill the marketplace, aren't you? Looks like you'll get your wish soon....

Why they just dont say straight we are quitting the marketplace once in for all what the delay fuss is about ? I dont see any good coming in future its a dead platform adding contact us page seriously explains what are they up to.

Yes, you are right absolutely right, they want just money and money. Over 1200 positive reviews and demoted to level 2 instantly, what a killing decision.

Hi,I think you are too serious with the level. As long you have a good client base and provide best service to your clients level isn’t matter much. They will come back to you.

And $300
$300 is nothing if you consider, I have purchased over 100K from seoclerks and I don’t feel bad. If you buy boost regularly or do category feature it won’t take long to make that amount.
seoclerks earns very less from sales so they need other sources to raise money. It’s normal.

DISAPPOINTING REALLY DISAPPOINTING UPDATES SEOCLERKS !! YOU GUYS ARE BECOMING GREEDY AND GREEDY YOU WILL LOOSE ALL SELLERS IF YOU KEEP ON FORCING STUPID FEES TO SELLER EVERYDAY. 8 YEARS OF HARDWORK 1000+ POSITIVE RATINGS AND NOW DEMOTED WOW !!

Hi suvo, I want to know from you that, Any update come some benifit from previous but here is different . Because,
I see here that, seoclerk update come more disadvantages for every seller and buyer. As a result many buyer left from this marketplace with seller order decrease...I am so upset!!!!

You can apply this rule to new seller. Those who were at a higher level should not have been at a lower level at all. As the days go by we are not getting good news but only disappointing news.

Must purchase option for level 3 is a bit hard for the small buyers as the it is kind big forcing to get innto that level.Would it be considered to reduce the 300$ range down to 150$.Thank yiou
