I assume you are asking because you already tried to change it on the payments page and it wouldn't accept the change? If so then contact support to change it for you.

To change your bank or PayPal account details, go to Payout settings and select 'edit' or 'add'. After you've requested an update, you'll need to follow the security procedures to confirm you made the changes.cookie clicker
