how i can check that buyer send me directly or through seoclerk.
if he send me direct payment, how can I refund his payment?

On the right side of the order page it will say payment info if it is a direct payment. It won't say that if it's a payment from Seoclerks balance.

The payment is refunded by you using whatever way the buyer used to pay you. For example, if the buyer pays you directly via Paypal, then you refund him directly from your own Paypal account.

On the right side of the ORDER page is an info box that shows:

Order#
Buyer
Price
Status
Quantity
Order Date
Expected
Payment Info
and then a big blue Contact button...

If you click "Payment Info" the drop down will tell you how they paid (Stripe, Paypal, etc). If there is NO "Payment Info" shown then they have paid using their Seoclerks balance.

order is now mutually canceled. below notice receve after the cancel

The order was canceled by mutual agreement. The order was paid directly to you (via: ) and you are responsible for the refund of the order.

but I did not get any payment in my airtm

Then you have to refund him.

If you didn't receive any money, then it didn't go through anyway, so might have been a fraudulent order. Just forget about it and move on.

If you are seeing "Payment Info" on the right side of the page, as we've all been telling you, then it's already been paid to you. It doesn't take days.

In the direct payment method, i only have airtm payment attached . can clients able to send direct payments throgh airtm. seoclerk offers a new feature custom payment. I added my airtm email. payoneer take 90 days for withdrawal am i right?

Payoneer only takes a couple of days, but I always wait until my balance is at least $100 because of the high fees.

here are some sellers complaining, they did not get paid yet . it takes 90 days to withdraw through Payoneer.
second, if a client pays directly in my Payoneer account, Payoneer always ask the payer to provide more information about what you buy from seller. if he did provide the document then payment will be back to the buyer after 7 days. am I right?
