I have no experiences yet in withdrawing money from Western Union and PayPal. But I have seen from YouTube videos about withdrawing from PayPal. There is also a suggestion of transferring of money from PayPal to a MasterCard and G cash card.
So I suggest you go to YouTube and search for a video tutorial on how to withdraw money from Western Union. I hope there is available videos about it. Anyway that is happy problem.
