    look at 2 checkout, now verizon I believe.
    Stripe, wise, klarna, they all over payment solutions.
    You can also circunvent those restrictions by opening a LtD or LLC.

    If your buyer wants to pay using Paypal, then you need to enter a Paypal account, since it goes directly to you.
