I ordered a service which didn't work, the seller hasn't logged in, in ages. It was an instant download. I thought that once you reject an order your money goes back into your balance instantly?

To cancel an order first go to your order URL. Select the red "Got Problems" link which is located above the reply text box then choose the middle option. This will start the cancellation process.
