    You can reach level 3 with a 90% rating. To increase your rating you could try completing order to a better standard to gain better positive feedback from your buyers.

    To get out of negative rating ask buyers to leave positive feedback and when you get more sales your rating will go back up what should i do if my rating less than 90% ?
