    Nothing will happen to your account. It mainly depends on the buyer. If they weren't satisfied, they could reject the order for a refund unless you state your reasonings to them then they could and might keep waiting for you to complete the order. After that, they may leave a positive or negative feedback.

    Yes it depends on your service. if you make it as guarantee  then the amount will be deducted as per discount offer
