In order to get Level X you have to do something that gets us to positively notice you. Any staff member can apply a Level X upgrade for anything they find extraordinary. This could be anything from promoting another users services in your own orders to finding a massive exploit in our code to bringing 1,000 new buyers in 24 hours. Anything that gets you noticed above the norm.
Order numbers, ratings and other statistics can be used to automatically rank a user which we already do from 1-3. Level X is a manual upgrade and requires something that cannot be automatically calculated.
