i have face same issue.
now you can active it by following steps.
click on sale
click on manage
click on my services
select you service that have been suspended
now you go on top where update option is available. on left side you see write suspended.
you click on suspended error and click on active
when you did active and select your gig now click on upgrade
you service/gig become active now
