    A certificate of incorporation is a legal document relating to the formation of a company or corporation. It is a license to form a corporation issued by state government. Its simply document given by a government for starting a business.

    If you have no corporation then you cannot present a corporation document. It composed of the registration with the Securities and Exchange that contains a certificate with seal and that is aside from the articles of incorporation that you had submitted to the same office and also with a seal of approval. If by chance you have lied to Payza of being a corporation but you are not then you have to rectify that.
