    As already said,Just click the "GOT PROBLEMS?" Button,then press the "REJECT THE DELIVER WORK" (you can ask for mutual cancellation) If he did not respond press the "OUT OF IDEAS" button and submit a ticket on helpdesk !

    No you have 5 days time after the delivery! Yesterday only I cancelled a order which was delivered two times...see the snap!
