What happens if I don't complete a job on time? That is if I have clicked deliver work and the buyer rejects it, what is the effect if the deadline is reached. Never happened just curious.

In case of a problem, you can request a mutual cancelation request from the order page. If the buyer agrees to cancel you will have no problem.
