Hi,

From my experience Payoneer offers a great Service and is most definitely safe to withdraw too. Just make sure you are aware of any fees that many apply if you're sending yourself a specific amount for something.

Payoneer is a safe way to withdraw your seoclerks balance, their charges to transfer is 2 USD and whenever you'll make any transaction in any atm they will deduct 2 USD for that transaction and if you are using your card first time they will charge about 35 USD/per year only.

It Takes about 24-48 hrs to have your balance to payoneer account. Your card is accessible worldwide to those atms where there is Master Card is enabled.
