Hi,
Any one knows How to Delete Messages from Inbox ?
i have conversation with more than 50 people. i read all messages. But still on my inbox options, it shows that i have 6 messages. but i don't have any unread messages. i Read all and all again. but still it shows that i have 6 messages. i want to delete my all conversation, what i do?
there is no option to delte

Hi weexplore,

There is not currently any way for users to delete messages but you can always just Archive them if you don't want to be seeing them. If it's something that for whatever reason must be deleted then you can always contact the helpdesk: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Go to inbox and check the boxes that you want to delete, then go to bottom of the page and chose delete option to delete the messages that you selected .

There is no way that I see for you to delete messages from your inbox. The only thing you can do is archive them by selecting the messages and hitting the archive button, then pressing go.

You can achieve your messages, but I don't think you could delete them. I will obviously suggest you to contact the SEO Clerks staffs and ask them to do it if possible.

yes i am totally agree with my friends you can achieve your messages, and when you get new mess you will get notification about it. butter read all message so it will not show with new messages and creates problem

i think there is no way to delet any meesage from your inbox. if you really wanna to delet any message from your inbox you can contact to admin. but i don't think you have to delet any message.
