If I cancel an order, will I get my money back?

    If I paid directly with PayPal for a service, not with the balance on my account, and I cancel an order because it was over a week late, do I get my money back on PayPal or will it be credit to my account? I bought traffic that was guaranteed to be completely sent on the 5th of December, it is the 13th today and it is still not done.

    Hi Alerion,

    When an order is canceled the funds are automatically returned to your SEOClerks account balance for future purchases. Manually processed PayPal refunds can be requested if the order was canceled on an 'undelivered' basis. Undelivered in this case is specifically meaning the seller made no attempt whatsoever to do the work.

    yes. i am agree with onlineforyou. you need a mutual cancelation for money back. and your money will be added as a seoclerks balanced. you can use it again. so don't worry.

    Hey Alerion

    If you want to cancel any order it not cancel automatic it have to be mutual cancelation.Mean when seller also accept your cancelation then your order will cancel.And Yes when you order from your PP then you get instant refund in your PP.So that is not any problem.
