    Why is order confirmation endlessly refreshing?

    I just made my first ever order on here and had problems already. It says this permanently:

    Your payment is currently being verified and your order created.

    Please stay on this page until this message disappears so you can submit your order requirements to the seller!This page will automatically refresh in 12 seconds. [refresh now]

    I have been waiting for a long time now. Please help? It doesn't show in "My Orders" either.

    I had the same exact problem as you.. about 15 mins. ago. Just constantly refereshes over and over. I can't find any record of my transaction, even though PayPal confirmed payment. Hopefully its not charging my card every time it refreshes.

    I'm getting the same thing - and I've purchased things a few times from here - this is a first.

    Hopefully fixed soon :/ It's a bit annoying that theres no purchase record

    It stopped refreshing after a while (over an hour!) and I was able to submit the information.

    I just bought something else and it's been doing it for even longer this time. Why is order confirmation endlessly refreshing?

    Nice to know it does stop thanks for that Why is order confirmation endlessly refreshing? Guess I'll have to sit here then :/ Submitted a ticket to ionicware but not heard back yet.

    I just did the same (accidentally closed & reopened it) - I'm hoping it makes no difference, but it does say "Please stay on this page until this message disappears so you can submit your order requirements to the seller!" so that's not a good sign :/

    I submitted a ticket as well with the Critical priority.

    Just had a response to my ticket. It said:

    "Unfortunately PayPal is experiencing technical issues. They are in the process of fixing the problem and as soon as they do your order will be created. If your order is not created in the next 12 hours please let me know. Thank you for your patience."
