The seller has not provided the required service and even though I have rejected the delivered service, I have not received a refund. Tell me how to cancel this order to get my money back.

the issue here is very simple, unlike in other sites SEOclerks offer you special chance to get resolve the problems at your level. Unless it is gurantted ordr you cant get mone back just rejecting oder. to be complete your seller also need to accept that.
