I was Level 2 a week ago and Now I am at Level 1 Why ?

I didn't understand still, A week ago I was Level 2 Seller and Now I am at Level 1 ?

Why I lose Level ? ? ? Any solution to gain Level again ? ?

There is a contributing number of factors when changing levels. For instance, to stay at Level 2, you must continue to obtain a rating of over 90% for instance (not saying this is applicable to you however), you could of received an infraction or any other factor.
