    Hi, I am unable to comment on any WordPress site. Please tell me how to fix it. I don't spam, so I don't understand why it's blocking me from posting comments now.

    You website url have been permanently banned. It happens due to bulk amount of using the spam services. I don't think you can comment until you leave that domain.

    Commenting on WordPress can depend on many things, for example, it depend if you are banned or not, some webmasters allow it only after manual approval, some webmasters don't allow it at all, so it all depend from different blog settings from blog to blog. You really need to find some where it's allowed to post comments and you are good to go.

    I think there is a chance that Akismet is not sending the comment. This could be due to the anti spam plugin mechanism. You have to find out if the IP is banned in such case. You'd be able to login in that case. My doubt is that have you contacted the webmaster to ask them if the comment is seen in spam section. Ask them and confirm if that is the case.
