Canceled my order and now my money is stuck in account balance rather than the original location. Please help me send it back to the credit card it came from. I contacted support and they told me since it was paid from my balance it cannot be sent back, but I have a statement that shows it was paid from a card and not my balance.
I have dealt with this issue myself in my experience as a buyer and seller. I have found that there really is no way to refund the money to your card.
