    What are the withdraw fees when withdrawing under 100$?
    It says there are withdraw fees when withdrawing less than 100$ but it doesn't say how much.

    Also, why is it no longer instant and why are they charging fees?

    The withdrawal fees have been withdrawn and currently no withdrawal fees.  Most withdrawals are instant (less than four minutes); though some withdrawals will require manual processing by staff - which can take up to a few hours.
