I have fulfilled all the requirements for a Level 2 seller, but I am still a level 1 seller, when I contact SEOClerks support they told me that level promotion to level 2 is an automatic process. I don't know why I haven't been promoted as a Level 2 seller? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Leveling up is fully automatic, but after you fulfill all requirements from https://www.seoclerk.com/userlevels/ you may need to wait up to 24 hours to see level upgrade. Also check if you have any current infraction(s) as they would stop you from leveling up.
