Here are some tips to keep in mind when using the website to keep you and your account safe from banning or restriction.

Do not post copied or copyrighted content on your services.
Do not engage in spamming, scamming, fraudulent, money-funneling or other illegal or disallowed activities which would violate applicable US law or Terms of Service.
Never ask for Skype, email or other outside contact info
Do not promote yourself or your services in form of link on the forums or in the FAQ section.
Never ask for direct payment or attempt to circumvent the SEOClerks platform.
Do not post unauthorized services; social media,account sales, blackhat, currency trading etc or anything prohibited by SEOClerks Responsible Listing Guidelines
Do not abuse, harass or threaten other users
Follow specific rules as set out by the SEOClerks TOS for usage of any part of the website.
Do not attempt to exploit a bug. If found, report immediately.
Report problem buyers or sellers via the Support Desk in a timely manner and avoid hostility or arguments with other members

Above are the major causes of account restriction. Keep them in mind while you are using the website to stay safe.

Great work kennchronic! An easy to read, well-written and straight to the point list of things you should avoid and/or obey, so you won't harm your SEOClerks account. Even though you might think that most of the things on this list are super-easy to understand and that one should be able to understand this by nature, there's still a lot of people out there without any knowledge at all when it comes to these kind of things and they would most likely appreciate this list a billion times. Good job and thank you for this!

SEOClerks/Ionicware usually give several warnings before banning a person in the form of infractions. If you get banned before any warnings you were probably doing something pretty serious like scamming or something illegal (IE: Money Funneling). Just follow the rules and be a good member.

Hi kennchronic you have pointed some excellent issues to keep safe account without getting ban. All pointes are really excellent.
Here two points I have to say more importance, which most of the spammer or fraud user using frequently for several issues. One is asking private contact e.g. Skype, personal email etc. And I have got many requested from so many client, But I never contacted with them. Rather I reported to admin by ticket or by clicking on report button. Here you have to have honest on your morality. And another one is harass or threaten. As I seller I got several time such harassment by client for lame issue and sometimes they also threaten me to get ban. Any cases we should solve the problem mutually, not by harassment or threaten.

SEOclerks more insist with another issue from seller part. Do not deliver any order without completing. It is meaning you must to deliver only completed order. If you do so, or do any illegality for deliver work, your account may get restricted.

I am pretty sure if we are very aware about SEOclerks term of service (TOS) and as a seller if you are follow the recent SEOClerks responsible listing guidelines, your account should safe.

That was a very good overview of things that we should all bear in mind if you want to remain making use of this great platform. It would be a pity to be banned! It is important to read through the terms and the SEOClerks Responsible Listing Guidelines and try to understand them. Unlike many other sites I find that they are worded in a way that they can be understood quite easily. There is not much jargon, and should you not understand something you can always post a question here or ask support, who are always there to help promptly.

I often got messages from prospective buyers who tried to ask me to bypass the site by sending me an email or pay directly. I always explain that this is something that is not allowed and I do not want to get my account banned. All communication must be carried out strictly here.

It is important to keep your account safe and avoid infractions as these could have an effect on your probability of increasing your level too. Once we all work hard to be responsible at what we do, the whole system will be even better.
