Our IPs are obtained directly from suppliers in partnership with large companies such as AT&T, T-mobile, Verizon, Sprint, etc. in the USA. You can choose between these ISPs, or ISP mixes, or the ISP available at that time. If you prefer a specific ISP, please let us know via message after purchase. Otherwise, a mix of ISPs will be provided to all homes with high-quality DSL/ISP IP status.

Q: Do I have a free IP change?
A: The free IP change will ONLY be provided if the proxy is offline. Otherwise, a fee of $1 will be charged for IP each change.
Q: What is the average network speed of the proxy?
A: The speed is over a 100 MB/s network port, so you should have an average download/upload rate of 10% over this network card. If necessary, we have a 1 GB/s port, however, the proxy will cost more. If you want a 1 GB/s port, please contact us and request a quote via message.
Q: Will I be monitored or anything related?
A: No, all proxies are provided without monitoring and with full encryption, your privacy will always be respected.
Q: Does the proxy have an expiration date?
A: Proxies are valid for 30 days after purchase or until 1 GB of traffic per IP is consumed. If you use up 1 GB of traffic per proxy/IP, you will need to purchase a new proxy or top up the existing one; if you do not consume the 1 GB of traffic within 30 days, the proxy will expire. Please note that this limit and duration apply on a per-IP basis; therefore, if you have 10 proxies, you will have a total of 10 GB of available traffic, and so on.
Q: Are UDP ports active?
A: It depends on the desired network. Typically, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile provide active UDP support; other ISPs may have UDP disabled. If you require UDP access, please specify this after your purchase, and we will handle it for you.
Q: Are email, RDP, IRC, or other ports open?
A: It depends on the network you choose. Generally, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile provide access to all available ports; other ISPs may have certain ports blocked. If you require specific open ports, please specify this after your purchase, and we will handle it for you.
Q: What is the speed guarantee?
A: These plans and prices offer a guaranteed minimum of 10% of a 100 Mbps port. However, speeds typically range between 10 Mbps and 50 Mbps. If you require higher speeds, please contact us, and we will provide you with a custom quote for increased bandwidth.
Q: Can I choose my specific city or region?
A: Yes, geotargeting is available for an additional fee of USD 1 per IP. For example, if you pay USD 1 for a standard proxy, setting the geotarget to California would add another USD 1 to the cost of that specific proxy, bringing the total to USD 2.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, you are eligible for a refund ONLY if you have consumed a maximum of 10 MB total traffic. This amount is sufficient to test and verify the quality of the proxy. You may use websites and tools that consume minimal network data for this purpose. If you receive an IP or proxy that you are not satisfied with, you may obtain a full refund, provided that traffic does not exceed 10 MB per order
